Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, European Union, and United Kingdom. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact support@blayen.com to inquire about availability.

3. Shipping Times & Costs

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; they may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated within 7 business days, email support@blayen.com and we'll look into it.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping may apply).
